Recently my condo board & its management co. told me that I needed to have some landscaping work completed to prevent the potential of water seeping into my basement as well as that of my neighbors, despite the fact that in my 22 years at this address that has never been a problem. I was further informed that if the work was not done I would have to sign a form that told of my liability in the event of water damage to my neighbors. I sent out a call for help, and got a quick response from Moe Grimard of M C Irrigation in Manchester. Moe viewed the site, and told me that he could do the work at a cost of about $2000, but it would be a total waste of money. He was certain that the problem was not caused by a slope in the patio area that went towards the building. With the raining weather at the time you could see that the problem was a need for a rain gutter. Moe was further upset by the arrogance of the people who rudely told me of this, and vowed to speak on my behalf if needed with the so-called authorities. So here was a guy who could have collected $2000. from me,but instead turned it down to do what he felt was right.Is there any question that this is someone to hire for any work you might need? Moe quickly responded and planned project above and beyond my expectations. Superb job of leveling out tracks left by well drilling rig. Connected well to irrigation. Performance by his crew again was better than my expectations. My yard is perfect now. I plan on hiring them again for some shrub planting with irrigation relocates.

Moe is a great guy and runs a tight ship. His crew put in an irrigation system, planted trees and shrubs, put down 2 inches of loam, hydroseeded and basically transformed my yard. They work hard and got the job done in like 4 days. I shopped around a lot and glad I chose them. I highly recommend.

I received a call about 15 to 20 minutes after contacting Home Advisor from MC Irrigation on a Friday evening. We scheduled the winterization for Saturday the 6th. He confirmed they would be there between 8:30-9:00 am They showed up at 8:20 and did a great job blowing the system out and explaining to me the process. I was charged a very reasonable flat fee for 5 zones, whereas some companies charge per zones. I am very happy with their work and professionalism, and will use them again in the future. Daniel L

Moe and his crew were amazing! First the response for a quote request was almost instantaneous and Moe was out the same day within a couple of hours. He listened to our concerns and reviewed the issued at hand and helped us come up with not only to correct the issue we had but knock something off our punch list all within the same project. The crew was super friendly and accommodating to having us watch them work, to the point we were able to duplicate their work in our backyard with some left over sod. They answered questions as we had them and even asked our opinion on placement of a drain to ensure it met our needs. They did solid high quality work. I highly recommend MC Irrigation!
